At home
So now that I am stuck at home for the next three months, I have got some time to kill. Well, I should take that back. I have lots of time to kill. My mum says I just should not have done that jump, but it was not the jump. The combination of dehydration, weak core strength and hypermobility is a recipe for trouble. If it was not that jump it would have been a different jump. Looking on the bright side though having an MRI was cool, and I never will say no to watching Star Wars for three months; realistically, I will be spending the next three months well doing school work and 11+ prep until summer and then spending the summer wishing I could go outside. Now that you have heard my dream version of the next three months, and the version that I would tell people if I want them to be sympathetic, I will now tell you what I am actually doing over the next three months. Here is a list:
- School work and 11+ prep until the summer
- Stamps: I like stamp collecting
- Lego
- Reading
- Riding my bike on Zwift [Update: At the time of writing, I was allowed, but now my podiatrist has said I can't Zwift until my hamstrings lengthen and take pressure off my knees.]
- Walking: The doctor has said I am allowed to walk
- And sitting in hospital waiting rooms. Well due to the coronavirus, the hospitals are empty, so not to much waiting, but this bullet point is supposed to be being in hospital.
